Cancellations and changes

Please cancel or change your appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment and no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service.

If you become ill on the day of your appointment, please call as early as possible. We reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee in cases of illness.

• Call 22 60 00 07. Cancellations by SMS are not accepted.

Choose the right service

Please book a service that matches your hair type and the treatment you need. If the booked service does not match the work required, we may adjust the service or price, or reschedule if there is not enough time. Hair that requires significantly more time or work may incur an additional charge. Extra services, including washing, styling, beard work or additional scissor work, are charged according to our current price list.

Arriving late

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. The cancellation policy may still apply.

If we need to cancel

If we need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or voicemail to arrange a new appointment.
