Booking terms

Cancellations and changes

Cancel or change your appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before and no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service.

If you become ill on the day, call as early as possible. We may waive the fee in cases of illness.

How to cancel

Use the online booking system
Call 22 60 00 07. Cancellations by SMS are not accepted.

Choose the right service

Book the service that matches your hair and the treatment you need. If it doesn’t match the work required, we may adjust the service or price, or reschedule if there isn’t enough time. Extra washing, styling, beard work or scissor work is charged at current prices.

Arriving late

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. The cancellation policy may still apply.

If we need to cancel

If we have to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you by phone or voicemail as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. They match the terms in our Planway booking system.
