This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, book an appointment or contact us, why we do it, and what your rights are. We collect as little as possible.

In short
- Our website uses no cookies and no tracking, analytics or advertising.
- When you book, your details are processed in our booking system Planway, which stores data in the EU/EEA.
- The website is hosted by Hostinger on servers in Lithuania with a backup in France. All your data stays in the EU.
- We never sell your data and don’t use it for marketing without your consent.
1. When you visit the website
No cookies. The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). Fonts, images and video are served from our own server.
Light or dark theme. If you switch theme, your choice (“light” or “dark”) is saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.
Server logs. When you visit, our web host Hostinger automatically records technical information such as IP address, time, the page visited and browser type, so the site can run securely and misuse can be detected. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Hostinger keeps these logs for a limited period and they are used only for operation and security.
Google Maps. The map only loads when you click “Show map”. Only then does your browser send information (such as your IP address) to Google, and Google may set cookies. Legal basis: your choice to show the map (Art. 6(1)(a)). See Google’s privacy policy.
Links to other services. When you follow links to Instagram, Facebook or Google reviews, you leave our site and that service’s own terms apply.
2. When you book an appointment
We use the booking system Planway (Planway ApS, CVR 36946881, Copenhagen), which is our data processor. The booking is shown on our site but loaded from Planway, which also shows its own cookie notice.
Data: name, phone number, email, the chosen service, time and any notes you add yourself. If you book for a child, the child’s name is recorded with the adult’s booking. If you choose “Book with Facebook”, Planway receives the details Facebook shares (usually name and email).
Purpose: to carry out and manage your appointment, send you a confirmation and reminders by SMS and/or email, handle changes and cancellations, and keep your history so we can serve you well next time.
Legal basis: performance of our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b)). We only send marketing if you have actively given consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw it at any time.
Where data is stored: Planway processes data within the EU/EEA, with backups in two different EU/EEA countries, encryption and access control.
3. When you contact us
If you write or call us (phone, email, Instagram or Facebook), we use your details to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and/or our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Messages on Instagram and Facebook are also processed by Meta under Meta’s own terms.
4. Payment and bookkeeping
When you pay in the salon, we keep the records required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act (such as receipts and sales data). Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Card payments are handled by the payment provider behind the terminal as an independent controller.
How long we keep your data
- Customer profile and booking history: for as long as you are a customer. If you haven’t had an appointment with us for 3 years, we delete your customer profile. You can always ask us to delete it sooner.
- Bookkeeping records: 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by Danish law.
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to answer and close the matter.
- Server logs: a limited period at Hostinger, then deleted.
Processors and recipients
- Planway ApS: booking system, customer profiles, SMS and email reminders (EU/EEA).
- Hostinger (HOSTINGER, UAB, Švitrigailos g. 34, Vilnius, Lithuania): web hosting and running the website (server logs), as a processor under Hostinger’s data processing agreement. The website runs on servers in Lithuania with a backup in France (both EU).
- Google: only if you choose to show the map.
We don’t share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, object, and receive your data (data portability). If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Contact us at info@360frisoersalon.dk or +45 22 60 00 07 and we will reply as soon as possible and within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, dt@datatilsynet.dk, www.datatilsynet.dk. We would like to hear from you first, so we can put it right.
