Cancellations must be made no later than 5 hours before. Otherwise, a fee for the full amount of the treatment will be added.
If you have fallen ill, we do not want you to expose us or our customers to infection. You will therefore not be charged a fee if you call from the morning.

If 360 Frisør salon cancels your booking: We may be forced to cancel your booking due to illness or the like. If this is the case, we will try to call and rebook your appointment or leave a message or voicemail . We always try to to find the best solution for you.
